Jewellery Care

To maintain the quality and longevity of your jewellery, we recommend:

• Jewellery is not suitable for children unless explicitly stated

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Compliant with Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Change of Mind Returns

You have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order.

Items must be returned at the buyers expence and be recieved by Noxalyth Studio in unworn, resellsable condition.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Faulty Goods

If goods are faulty or damaged upon reciept, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please contact us at noxalyth.studio@gmail.com for assistance with this. 

Exclusions

Custom‑made or personalised jewellery is non‑refundable unless faulty.
